At Noble Mart (brand name under M/S XENN TECH), we value your satisfaction and aim to offer a smooth and transparent return, refund, and cancellation process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags.
Items not eligible for return:
Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., groceries)
Items on clearance/sale
Customized or special-order products
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@NobleMart.in or call +91-9966556234 within 3 days of receiving the product.
Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged/defective).
Our team will guide you through the return process.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Refund not applicable if:
The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.
The product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during transit.
3. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is only allowed before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@NobleMart.in with your order ID.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. In case you receive a defective or incorrect product, please follow the return process to receive a refund.
